It definitely doesn’t tickle, but as your certified Esthi Bestie, I’m here to ensure that your experience is swift and as painless as possible. The first time is always uncomfortable because your hairs have never been removed from the root, however, it does get easier with time. Taking ibuprofen 30 minutes prior to your appointment can also alleviate any discomfort. 

Ibuprofen is recommended 30 minutes prior to your appointment for first timers. Alcohol and other substances are not recommended as they made lead to a more intense feeling and cause excess bleeding. 

It depends on the client, the area being waxed as well as the after care taken in between services. Approx. 3-4 weeks is the standard timing in between waxes.

Always consult with your doctor prior to any waxing appointments. I have worked with many pregnant woman from the start of their pregnancy up until their due date. :) 

Yes. It is natural and quite common for women to have their cycle on during their wax appointment. However, we do ask that you have a clean, fresh tampon while in service. Sanitary wipes and tampons will be provided at time of service. 

With shaving, the hairs are cut mid growth, which leads to easy stubble and possible microscopic cuts in the skin That can lead to infected ingrown hairs. Vs. With waxing, your hairs are removed from the root. Thus, weakening follicle growth and causing the hairs to restart and grow back thin and fine. You’re able to enjoy your results for a lot longer and the visibility of new hair regrowth is very minimal

Tinting can last about 2-4 weeks depending on the aftercare steps taken. All of which we will discuss during your appointment.

Henna is a stain that adds pigment to both hair and skin. It can last 3-15 days with proper after care and 

looks natural.

A tint acts as a temporary dye for the brows that can be soft or more intense depending on client's preference, it can last up to a week.

Ombré Powder Brow is a semi-permanent tattoo performed in two sessions, the second one being the “perfecting session” to restore pigment a seal color/shape to last 1-3 years with proper after care.
